Somerset’s Special Educational Needs Advisory Services is conducting a performance review. Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCos) and parents/carers who use the SPOT services are encouraged to complete a short survey by Friday 21 May 2021.
 
The ‘SPOT’ (Sensory, Physical and Occupational Therapy) service is made up of four specialist teams:
1. Hearing Support Team
2. Vision Support Team
3. Physical Impairment and Medical Support Team (PIMS)
4. Occupational Therapy.
 
The SPOT service aims to support a child and young person’s independence in their educational setting and at home. The team continually strives to evaluate and improve service provision. Your feedback helps the team to make improvements, which will in turn drives positive change in the life of children and young people in Somerset.
 
Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and experience by completing one of the following short surveys:

Please complete the surveys before 5pm on Friday 21 May when they will close.  Please do not share any names in your responses.
 
Parents/carers supported by more than one of the SPOT teams are requested to take the time to complete a survey for each of those teams.
