'NatWest & Post Office Paying-in books update'

Please note the following about paying-in books –

  • Firstly, a reminder that ALL deposits, whether via a NatWest branch or Post Office, must be made using a NatWest paying-in book 
  • From June, all NatWest paying-in books must have a barcode to be processed by the Post Office
  • For deposits made at a NatWest branch, the old-style paying-in book will still be accepted
  • All future requests for paying-in books will be issued with the new version which includes the barcode
