You may recall that just before the summer recess, Corporate Property published advice through Ipost to alert schools  that following a recent audit, the approach to carry out school condition surveys required improvement.

We are now in a position to publish more comprehensive guidance about the approach to carrying out condition surveys along with an improved spreadsheet to capture the required data.

Corporate Property require  to have a better understanding of  the condition of it’s school building stock,  the measures put in place will help provide the level of information required.  In order to provide a complete picture of the school property portfolio, a full condition survey must be completed and returned to Corporate Property before the end Term 2.
