SIMS Support – help for schools

Summary

If the staff who would normally maintain SIMS are not available because they are unwell, self-isolating, or do not have remote access to SIMS, we may be able to help.

Main News Story

If there are important and significant tasks that need to be entered in SIMS, reports which need to be run or information accessed, we could connect to your server remotely and assist with this.  Examples of work we might be able to help with could be: updating of personal details for emergency contacts – staff and/or students, addresses/medical etc, support with managing school closure in Attendance,  creating PDF reports which can be emailed securely e.g. emergency contact lists, medical/dietary information, FSM/PP pupils etc,  safeguarding information regarding staff etc if needed.
