From Monday 7 September
2020, it will be mandatory for all 0 - 25 education settings to submit Statutory Request for Assessment and
Annual Review forms electronically, via the SEND Professional Portal.
This is the final piece of the jigsaw in relation to these forms being
released electronically, following previous releases for early years, primary,
special and secondary schools/settings. This development will provide huge
benefits for all in terms of speedier handling and processing of forms as well
as keeping parents informed.
