Summary

As you may be aware, SASP funded a Masters student at the Children’s Health Exercise and Research Centre (CHERC) at Exeter University.

Main News Story

The research was looking into short exercise breaks during lessons and the effects of on a range of factors, including time on task, physical and mental health and attitude towards learning.  

COVID-19 and lockdown has hindered this research, and we would be grateful for your help. Please ask your headteachers and governors to complete a short online questionnaire, which can be found at the following links:
