Main News Story

The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on 10 October every year. This year's theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is 'Mental Health for All'.

Mental Health for All includes Taking Care of Ourselves and we invite you, on this day, to offer yourself 'Self-Care'.

We have lots of ideas and resources throughout this Bulletin to support you, and those you work with, and we ask for you to join us with completing these 3 actions below -

Action 1 - Help us mark World Mental Health Day, on Friday 9th October, by dressing up in something yellow or decorating laptop, desk, workspace or windowsill in yellow

Action 2 - Watch and share Every Mind matters short film - https://youtu.be/2ezFSBt5VtA

Action 3 - Get your Mind plan in just 5 quick questions - www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/your-mind-plan-quiz/

I would appreciate it if you could please circulate within your networks and share with colleagues
