be contacted through Debbie Andrews, Clerk to the Governors.
Fairlands Middle School takes our responsibility for safeguarding pupils extremely seriously. It is the duty of all adults working on our site to promote our pupils' welfare, safety, health and guidance at all times by fostering an open, honest, caring and supportive environment. We recognise that high self esteem, confidence, supportive friends and clear lines of communication with a trusted
adult helps all children to share any concerns that they
may have with us.
