all Young String Players!
Weekend
for Young String Players: Kilve Court, 5-7 June 2020
Are you having lessons on violin, viola, cello or double
bass? Are you somewhere between Grade 1 and Grade 6 on your instrument and aged
between 8 and 15? Then the Somerset Music Weekend for Young String Players is
for you!
As always we should have an exciting weekend of music to
suit your abilities and fire your enthusiasm, directed by Hywel Jenkins (violin)
and Helen Morgan (cello). On Saturday afternoon you will be able to take part
in two of Kilve’s brilliant activities, including archery and climbing.
The Weekend runs from 5-7 June 2020, and you’ll arrive on
Friday afternoon in time for supper and leave on Sunday afternoon after a
concert showing your parents what you’ve achieved. We’ll look forward to seeing
you!
